This year we are starting a new programme, 50% school fees grant. This programme will enable even those students from low income families to educate their children. A parent will have to deposit 50% of the whole tuition and the other 50% will be taken care of by the school. We are planning to take this idea to other schools as well.
We plan to solicit funds from members of the community, as we plan, and try to find funders/donors to assist in this problematic area.
What we are looking at here is Quality Education. Most of our children just go for to school as a routine. At the end of the day, a child has aquired nothing of importance and cannot even get a descnt job after school. This increases on the rate of poverty. With Quality Education, We are well assured of poverty alleviation, leading to good health as well.
Anyone who can help us in this area, is welcome to make a difference in our community and the world at large.

This year, we have enrolled 11 orphans from our community. We provide them with all scholastic materials, breakfast, lunch and evening snack. We decided to do this due to the high demand in the community. A lot of children have been orphaned due to AIDS. If you are there and have a heart to help, please get in touch with us. Many more are still out there and need your help.

As you all know, Private schools in Uganda especially the Nursery section are not catered for by the government. This means that our core of education, the infant section, struggles for all that is is needed for early childhood development. Much as we have tried to put up with some basic resources, we still lack a permanent structure for our school. We are grateful to God because he has enabled us to aquire a piece of land where we can put up a permanent structure. All we need now is our friends and well wishers to come on board and help us raise funds to put up permanent structures for our school.
These will include: 4 classrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 4 toilet rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms for teahers' quaters. Construction has been estimated at US $ 30,000. Roughly UG. SHS. 63 million UG.SHS.Work should be done in approximately 9 months with funds available. Whoever wants to give a contribution, please call this number for account details as we dont think it is safe to give details of the school account here. +256 772692937/ +256 701177101.

A boarding section has been opened and we are going to begin with 10 children. We have been approached by some of our children's guardians for this service and they think, it will be very efficient for children who come from far. Our perents have been tipping off parents from further communities because of the good standards and welfare of the school, calling for a boarding section and we are happy to inform you that it is now in place. You have to contact the director for details.

We had a visit to wonderworld, a recreation center for children in Kampala City where all of us had fun. There was a lot of playing, eating and drinking and it was quite exhausting. By the time we were driving back to Mpigi, almost everyone in the van was snoring. We took a lot of pictures to show you soon.
